Today we sat for lunch, enjoyed the great fare, hot tasty n delicious, ambiance was nice....Mexican music not loud, background music so you could still converse!
Really enjoyed our lunch today, I've changed my thinking over a previous review....from one to five stars.....though there is always room for improvement today and our past disappointment you've restored our faith in the big TC!
I feel also that to be fair, If I complain about a bad experience, I also give praise for positive adjustments that an establishment makes toward improving their service! Thanks Alma and staff for going above and beyond so we could once again delight in eating out here!!! KUDOS!!!! -

Very frustrating experience. We typically come for dinner with our family, of about 10-12 people.
When I go to order the chicken, the clerk always, without fail, stops everything and says "let me make sure we have it". I MEAN EVERY TIME! And more often than not, she/he returns to the register shaking their head saying we're out.
Our family even tried a new tack, we kept arriving earlier and earlier so that we could get the chicken before it runs out. Still the same issue :-(
That is like McDonald's running out of hamburger meat!
When I called to complain, I ask for the manager and everyone who answers the phone declares they are the manager. When I tell them about the chicken, they tell me that they usually always have it. I told them not in my experience.
Then I tried the corporate website, but was met with more frustration, as it does not recognize the Rio Rancho store.
I tried calling the corporate office, but that number is so well hidden it would take the FBI to find it.
Our family finally got so frustrated that we decided to take our business to Chick-fil-A for our Friday evening rituals. They never run out of chicken! -

April 27, 2919 -My husband and I frequent this location.... I'm sodisappointed right now. We live like 5 min away and when I went to eat my dinner 3 street tacos they were STONE COLD, full of greese and grumbling. They tasted like cardboard and sod dust together

May 4, 2019 UPDATE---The Manager of the Taco Cabana on Unser called both my husband and myself about our visit on April 27, 2019. She apologized for our unpleasant visit. It was so nice to get a sympathetic hearing ear. --Thank you Alma, for making us feel that we are valued customers.
So here we are back again at Taco Cabana.
I had the Steak Fajita Tacos and my husband had the taquito plate. There was no disappointment there. The tortillas were soft, the meal was fresh and comforting. The Pico de Gallo brought a refreshing taste to our food. -

I ordered the Huevos Rancheros and I got smaller portions for to go orders. The portions should match what you get dining in. I wont be doing a to go order again. I love the red Chile here.

Love their shrimp tacos, spinach quesadillas and best of all their salsa bar! This west side location has this really great outdoor seating area with an amazing view!
